Refund Policy

Returns (if applicable)

Our store policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange against your return under any circumstance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned cannot be returned. We also do not accept return of the products such as Licensed 3D Scanner, Bed Sticker, Support or Spare Components & 3D Filament.

Non-Returnable items include:
3D Filaments (Include Any Size or Material)
3D Scanners – Sense, Structure Sensor etc.
3D Printed Parts – Custom made 3D Printed Parts through 3D Printing Services
3D Printers – Custom made for Specific purpose or with Specific Features.
Support & Spare Items – Sensor, Nozzle, Bed Sticker, Glue Stick etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order No & Order Date). Any damage incurred to the items while returning them back for replacement or exchange, the sender has to bear the cost of damage incurred.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by our operations team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment, within 14 days of approval on the refund. In case of any additional details are required for processing the refund, our team will get in touch with a request for additional details for processing the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@voxelwerks.com & support@voxelwerks.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted offer items cannot be refunded.

Replacement or Exchange Terms (if applicable)

Items that are found to be defective or damaged will only be replaced after inspection done by our Voxelwerks Operations Team. If you need to claim the replacement for your defective or damaged item, send us an email at info@voxelwerks.com & support@voxelwerks.com with Order No as Reference. Once Approved by Operations Team, please send the items to the following address below:

Shipping (if applicable)

The New replacement item for Defective or Damaged items will be resent only after receiving the defective or damaged items to the following address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for return items are non-refundable. If your items are Undelivered and returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR.20000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless a tracking ID is supplied to us for the returned item once upon dispatching.
